Vacation go go! : Bali

On March, all of the eleven graders have study tour program. we visited Bali together for 5 days. There are a lot of places that we visited and i'm going to tell you about it all now.

The first destination was Tanah Lot. Tanah Lot Temple is one of Bali’s most important landmarks, famed for its unique offshore setting and sunset backdrops. An ancient Hindu shrine perched on top of an outcrop amidst constantly crashing waves; Tanah Lot Temple is simply among Bali’s not-to-be-missed icons.

The second destination was Jimbaran Beach Club. Jimbaran beach and the famous Jimbaran Bay are on Bali's southwestern coast. The beach is part of the narrow isthmus connecting the Bali mainland and the Bukit Peninsula. The beach and the bay of Jimbaran offers small secluded areas. The tranquility and peace you can find here can be a perfect antidote to a stressful world.

The third was Tanjung Benoa. Tanjung Benoa, like many other beachside destinations in Bali, used to be a fishing village and an old dock. The development of the peninsula has been very significant as most of the shore-side properties are now hotels, resorts and water sports operators.

The fourth destination was Masjid Puja Mandala. We did pray and take a rest for a while there. Unfortunately i didn't take any picture there because i focus to pray and rest back straight since my body very tired after play some watersport.

The fifth destination was Pandawa Beach.  Pandawa Beach, locally referred to as ‘Pantai Pandawa’, is a great addition to Bali’s collection of gorgeous beaches, located on Bali’s southern Bukit Peninsula. The fine, one-kilometre coastal stretch is located in the village of Kutuh, only five kilometres west from the Samabe Bali Suites & Villas and eight kilometres south from the main hub of the BTDC complex in Nusa Dua.

The sixth destination was Garuda Wisnu Kencana. Garuda Wisnu Kencana, or GWK for short, is the name of a cultural park on Bali’s hilly southern coast famous for the ongoing construction of a gigantic statue of Vishnu riding on the back of a ‘garuda’ (a supernatural eagle-like being). The completed part of the statue is of the upper part of Vishnu’s body, the head of the ‘garuda’ and Vishnu’s hands.

The seventh destination was Devdan Show. It's an amazing place that serve you a lot of peformance such as drama and dance. It contain a lot of Indonesia culture and amaze me that much. Aspecially the dancer itself. It's so fun that i forgot to take a photo, it's because i enjoyed it so much!

The eight destination was Tirta Empul. Tirta Empul is an important temple complex and holy mountain spring, located in the village of Manukaya in central Bali. The site serves as a legendary setting of a traditional tale about good versus evil. It is also a national cultural heritage site.

The ninth destination was Kintamani. Kintamani is actually a name of a mountain in Bali. In Kintamani we had our lunch. It provided a lot of good foods and good views too since it's a mountain.

The ten destination was Panglipuran Village. Penglipuran village is a beautiful highland village in the regency of Bangli in East Bali, best known for its well-preserved culture and village layout. While most of its residents have embraced modernity, its individual compounds are well-kept to look traditional with visitors in mind, with manicured gardens lining its single linear stone-paved street that runs through the centre of the village toward the village temple, and age-old arched entrance gates and walls that conceal their houses within.

The eleventh destination was Nirmala Hotel. At Nirmala hotel we celebrate Malam Angkatan We did had fun there.

The twelve destination was Kuta Beach. At kuta me and my friends visited Hard Rock Cafe and live music.

The thirtheen destination was Krisna. It is a place where we could buy gift, clothes, and stuff.

And the last destination was Bedugul. Bedugul is a mountain lake resort area in Bali,Indonesia, located in the centre-north region of the island near Lake Bratan on the road between Denpasar and Singaraja the area covers the villages of Bedugul itself, CandikuningPancasariPacung and Wanagiri amongst others.

A Skillfull Piece of Work Once Birmingham and Sheffield, two of the largest towns in England, began to quarrel. The quarrel started as each of them claimed to be able to produce the most skillful piece of work. A special jury  was chosen  to decide which city would show the greatest skill. The day arrived. A steel spider with long thin legs  was produced  by representatives of Sheffield. The spider  was made  by the best workers. It was as small as a pea. It ran about on the table as if it were alive. A wonderful mechanism  had been put  in that little body. Everybody was sure that the first place  would be given  to Sheffield. Then a sewing needle  was laid  on the table by representatives of Birmingham. A smile appeared on the lips of the jury when the needle  was noticed . Then the top of the needle  was screwed off  and 4 needles  were drawn out , one from another. The first needle, as it was, had been the case of the four other needles.
